The staff were very helpful. I found them well-informed about transportation and local attractions. The location was excellent, very near the rail station. I really valued the quick breakfast with a croissant, orange juice and coffee. The price was reasonable for the location. I felt charmed!
The room faced a busy street and I noticed quite a bit of noise. I recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

the room i was given was quite small. i also found that no shampoo was in the bathroom, which i found inconvenient. the staff did provide some sachets, but this seemed like a temporary fix? there were people smoking right outside the entrance persistently. this made entering and exiting unpleasant.

The staff was friendly and helpful! the location was close to transport options. our room was nice and neat, though a bit small. i found the complimentary transit pass useful. It made getting to the airport easy.
the bathroom was quite small. the shower doors were broken and did not close properly. i also noticed some mold inside the shower.
